Take a closer look at these strikingly large cupped open flowers packed with petals.
An ever-popular variety of rose, ‘Ginger Syllabub’ boasts shades of rich amber and gold in the centre, softening to a gentle and subtle pink on the outer petals.
Not just a treat for the eyes, this climbing rose also produces a good perfume, with hints of spice and fruit so will make a real impact trailing up a wall or trellis.
The plant is vigorous with plenty of large mid green leaves and will repeatedly flower from the start of summer, right through to the first frosts of the year.
Supplied in 3L pot. Please note at certain times of the year this variety may be supplied in a 4L pot.
Care Information
- Plant your rose where it can get plenty of sun for at least half of the day, and where it will be sheltered from the wind.
- Roses tolerate wide range of soils but thrive in deep, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil, so add plenty of well-rotted manure into the hole if necessary.
- Water well every other day – daily if the weather is hot and dry. Established roses can be watered around once a week through spring and summer – more if the weather is hot.
- For best results, feed roses in late-March/April and again late July.
